The following are the rules or "Terms" that govern the use of the Park for Wrigley / Click and Park Web site ("Site"). By using or visiting the Site, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms and to follow these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations governing the Site.
Click and Park reserves the right to change these Terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting on the Site.
Please check this page of the Site periodically. We will note when there are updates to the Terms of Use at the bottom of the Terms. If you violate these Terms of Use, Click and Park may terminate your use of the Site, bar you from future use of the Site, cancel your parking permit order, and/or take appropriate legal action against you.
Permitted Use
You agree that you are only authorized to visit, view and to retain a copy of pages of this Site for your own personal use, and that you shall not duplicate, download, publish, modify or otherwise distribute the material on this Site for any purpose other than to review event and promotional information, for personal use, or to purchase parking permits or merchandise for your personal use, unless otherwise specifically authorized by Click and Park to do so. You also agree not to deep-link to the site for any purpose, unless specifically authorized by Click and Park to do so. The content and software on this Site is the property of Click and Park and/or its suppliers and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. We post a legal notice and various credits on pages of the Site, which may not be removed. Please do not remove this notice or these credits, or any additional information contained along with the notices and credits.
Permits purchased less than seven days prior to event will be available for pick up at the stadium prior to the day of the event– NO PERMITS WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE OR PICK UP ON DAY OF EVENT. Valid ID and credit card used for purchase must be presented upon pick up.
Limit of (2) permits per customer. All orders are tracked by name, address and credit card number. Customer orders for more than (2) permits will be void and charges will be non-refundable. For group orders, please call 866-330-PARK.
Parking Permit Purchase Policy
Click
and Park sells parking permits on behalf of venues which means Click and Park does not set the parking permit prices nor determine the parking locations. Policies set forth by our clients, such as venues, teams and theatres, prohibit us from issuing exchanges or refunds after a purchase has been made or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed parking permits. When you receive your parking permit, please keep it in a safe place. Please note that direct sunlight or heat can sometimes damage parking permits.
Please allow enough time for the delivery of your parking permit order. If you have selected delivery by mail, please allow at least fourteen business days after your order is placed to receive your parking permit. For express delivery allow at least 2 business days.
These are approximate times, and Click and Park is not responsible for deliveries that take longer. If you have not received your parking permits within 48 hours of the event, please contact us.
Our goal at Click and Park is to make your purchasing experience easy, efficient and equitable, so we can get you on your way to live events as quickly as possible. Payment Methods
Park for Wrigley/Click and Park accepts several methods of payment to accommodate your needs, including: Visa, MasterCard and American Express, .
Convenience Charges and Order Processing Fees
Parking Permits purchased on Park for Wrigley/Click and Park are subject to a per parking permit convenience charge and a non-refundable per order processing fee.
International Use
Click and Park makes no representation that materials on this site are appropriate or available for use in locations outside the United States, and accessing them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. Those who choose to access this site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
Cancelled Events
Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, band or venue due to weather conditions or situations affecting the staff or audience. When this occurs, Click and Park makes every effort to ensure you receive a prompt refund of the parking permit price and associated convenience charge (the per order processing fee is not refundable) if applicable. If an event is cancelled, please Contact us for information on receiving a refund. If the event was moved or rescheduled, the venue or promoter may set refund limitations. Refunds and Exchanges
Before purchasing parking permits, carefully review your event details, such as date and time. Policies set forth by our clients, including venues, teams and theatres, prohibit Click and Park from issuing exchanges or refunds after a parking permit has been purchased or for lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed parking permits.
Delivery of Parking Permits
Orders are processed only after a billing address has been verified. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a parking permit order that can delay processing and delivery. In these cases customer service will attempt to contact you, using the information provided at the time of purchase. If we are unable to reach you after its initial attempt, Click and Park may cancel your order and may sell your parking permit(s) to another customer.
Standard Mail
If you have selected United States Postal Service as your delivery method, please allow at least 14 days after your order is made to receive your parking permits. Parking permits sent via USPS can be sent only to the verified billing address within the U.S. or Canada.
UPS
UPS packages are sent only to the verified billing address in the U.S. and cannot be sent to Canada or to any other country. If you selected UPS, please allow at least 2 business days for delivery. If you have not received your parking permits and your event is less than 48 hours away, please contact us.
Amount of Parking Permits Per Customer
When purchasing parking permits on Click and Park, you are limited to a specified number of permits for each event. This amount is included on the unique event page and is verified with every transaction. This policy is in effect to discourage unfair parking permit buying practices.
User Contributions to the Site
There are many opportunities for you to contribute to the Site. These may include, among others, uploading your user profile, participating in chats, using our bulletin boards, etc. which collectively, we call "Content". Click and Park is not liable or responsible for any Content provided by its users or other third parties to the Site ("User Content"). The contributions of third parties do not necessarily represent the view or opinions of Click and Park. Click and Park cannot preview User Content before it appears. Users can be held liable for any illegal or prohibited User Content they provide to the Site, including among other things, infringing, defamatory or offensive materials. Prohibited Content

This web site may not be used by our visitors for any commercial purposes such as to conduct sales of parking permits, event tickets, merchandise or services of any kind. You must obtain our prior written consent to make commercial offers of any kind, whether by advertising, solicitations, links, or any other form of communication. Without limiting the foregoing, you may not resell or link to other sites for the purpose of selling parking permits of any kind. We will investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates this provision, including without limitation, removing the offending communication from the Site and barring such violators from use of the Site. We reserve the right to block access to or cancel a parking permit order for any user known or reasonably believed to be associated with any parking permit broker or scalper, or utilizing automated means to process or place parking permit orders, or whose parking permit order exceeds the stated limit.
Access and Interference
You agree that you will not use any robot, spider, other automatic device, or manual process to monitor or copy our web pages or the content contained thereon or for any other unauthorized purpose without our prior expressed written permission. Violation of the Terms
You understand and agree that in Click and Park's sole discretion, and without prior notice, Click and Park may terminate your access to the Site, cancel your parking permit order or exercise any other remedy available and remove any unauthorized User Content, if Click and Park believes that the User Content you provided has violated or is inconsistent with these Terms of Use or violated the rights of Click and Park, another User, or the law. You agree that monetary damages may not provide a sufficient remedy to Click and Park for violations of these terms and conditions and you consent to injunctive or other equitable relief for such violations. Click and Park may release user information about you if required by law or subpoena, or if the information is necessary or appropriate to release to address an unlawful or harmful activity. Click and Park is not required to provide any refund to you if you are terminated as a User because you have violated these Terms of Use.
